The Amazingly Talented National Media Sensation - Wendy Harmer

Wendy Harmer is one of Australia's best-known humourists. As a stand-up comedian she has performed her one-woman show all over the world.

Wendy featured on Sydney's 2Day FM's top-rating Breakfast Show for 11 years and she's hosted, written and appeared in a variety of TV shows including ABC's THE BIG GIG and IN HARMER'S WAY.

A former political journalist, Wendy is the author of several books including her best selling novel FAREWELL MY OVARIES (A&U) and NAGGING FOR BEGINNERS (A&U) & ROADSIDE SISTERS (A&U). She is also a regular newspaper and magazine contributor.

In her newly released novel "FRIENDS LIKE THESE" Wendy Harmer is in peak form. But will the doyennes of Sydney's social set see it that way?
