June Dally-Watkins Oam

60 YEARS ON, AUSTRALIA'S ICON OF STYLE AND BEAUTY, JUNE DALLY-WATKINS OAM, IS STILL A LEADING LIGHT IN THE WORLD OF MODELING.

Since her launch into fame, thousands of young Australians have followed in her footsteps on the path of deportment, manners and modeling to become stars, making the Company a household name and one of the most successful businesswomen’s stories in our history.

In 1949 June Dally-Watkins emerged as Australia's "Model of the Year" and was declared "Australia Most Photographed Model" for the same year.

Building on her success Miss Dally set about establishing the first Personal Development School in the southern hemisphere, and from there, expanding the school to include Australia's first Business Finishing College, school holiday and weekend courses and Corporate Training.

Miss Dally is also Ambassador for Crossroads International, a charity which provides for the destitute in third world countries.

In a celebration of 60 years at the top, Miss Dally was joined by Jodie Bache-McLean Director of June Dally-Watkins Education & Training and 12 of their leading Queensland models who will showcase the latest looks from Marina Mirage's leading designers.
