At this special breakfast we interviewed top Australian Restaurant Critic, Chef & Lecturer and editor of the revered Queensland Food + Wine Guide.

Lizzie Loel is at the top of her game! A qualified chef, trained in Brisbane and Paris, she’s Vogue Entertaining + Travel’s Queensland contributor and has been the restaurant critic for The Courier Mail for the past nine years.

She was a reviewer for Australian Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Guide for the seven years and was State Editor of Australian Gourmet Traveller from 2004 - 2007.

She also has regular columns in Winestate Magazine, Aura, Scoop Traveller and Brisbane Where Magazine and her bi-line regularly appears in prestigious publications such as Delicious Magazine.

Lizzie also edits the highly successful Courier Mail Food + Wine Guide, a comprehensive guide with over 500 listings within Northern New South Wales, Queensland, and the Northern Territory.
