From the first Australian woman to walk the entire length of the Great Wall - a fete of some 3,800kms to one of Queensland's most successful businesswomen to a renowned food writer and one of the Coast's most adored radio journalists, these women all of have one thing in common.

They have all been struck down by cancer.

Each of their stories is filled with incredible strength, determination and victory.
